Step 1 , go to rsorder.com and make a  free Runescape account .

Step 2 , start training skills, I suggest starting with RS money making skills like woodcutting and fishing .Mining is probably the easiest cheap Runescape money maker when your a noob. mine a lot of tin and copper and smelt them into bronze bars and sell them.

Step 3 , Do some  Runescape quest helper which give you experience and start working on your combat some. once you start getting used to it you could do one of many things, you could become a skiller working mostly on getting  cheap RS money and high non combat skill levels or you could become a fighter working on getting very high combat skills, either way you make money. I suggest working on both, the game gets boring being a level 3 skiller with high non combat skills who can't even fight off a bear (which are weak in Runescape transfer Gold ).
