| Notes | As this is a tradeable discontinued item, it is extremely rare and valuable. At the release of the Plague City quest, Jagex made a fancy clothing shop in Varrock that had a red party hat in its inventory. It never spawned, but there were still hundreds of people gathered around trying to buy it if it ever did. Since it caused so much panic, Jagex quickly removed it. |
