According to OSRS poll 74, the develop team plans to increase the maximum number of charges that the Amulet of Blood Fury can hold from 10,000 to 30,000. This adjustment will allow you to recharge an existing Amulet of Blood Fury by using a Blood Shard OSRS on it for 10,000 additional charges.
If the Amulet of Blood Fury is newly created, it will still start with 10,000 charges; the maximum number of charges it can store will be 30,000. If you add a Blood Shard to an amulet that cannot provide the full 10,000 charges, there will be a warning message telling you of the potential wastage.
