OSRS Hellhound Boss: Cerberus Requires 95 Slayer to Balance loots
Since the release of slayer expansion, players think that having no slayer requirement for Cerberus doesn't match its loots. It seems the Hellhound boss drops more than the Abyss boss, so it should have a slayer requirement. For balance purpose, Jagex posts that the Hellhound boss requires 95 Slayer.
Over 80% players vote for a slayer requirement
Jagex JohnC has announced that Cerberus now requires 95 Slayer, after a strawpoll was held on Twitter. It’s not that reasonable to just let people on Twitter decide for everyone, but fortunately, 83% people vote for a slayer requirement and 17% vote no in the poll. And more importantly, most players of old school RS degree with the result in general.
New boots should match 95 Slayer requirement
With the 95 Slayer requirement, many people wonder whether the new boots would be the most valuable slayer loot out there. The answer is yes, and especially some very nice additions to the dragon pickaxe ought to have a requirement. For those more useful drops, you need to have higher Slayer and more RS 2007 gold to throw in.
Slayer requirement should apply for both Hellhound Boss and others
Although not everything needs to come from Slayer, having a Hellhound Boss as part of the slayer update should definitely require high slayer, most players insist.
Further, the slayer requirement is needed on most bosses. Currently, someone can AFK NMZ to being maxed or splash to 99 magic and then go out and do everything/every boss, with no limitations. It is unfair actually to those who play the game. Those who wish to AFK can still have some bosses, but others who wish to play the game should have every boss and end game content instead.
In addition to 95 Slayer requirement for Cerberus, some people suggest that Zulrah also need 95 Slayer. Do you think so? To gain more amazing old school RS items, higher requirement and more oldschool RS gold will be need. are you ready to go?
