Requirements of The Vault of Shadows RS3

The Vault of Shadows miniquest requires level 58 Archaeology and level 60 Divination. All shadow anchors powered or pylon active is also required.
If you have completed the mystery The Vault of Shadows before this miniquest was released, you can simply speak to Dr. Nabanik for this miniquest. The Vault of Shadows miniquest will be completed immediately.

The Vault of Shadows miniquest walkthrough

Start point: To start this miniquest, talk to Dr. Nabanik outside the Kharid-et Dig Site.
Ice button (western puzzle room)
1. Pick up the praetor's log page 1 and follow these steps:

2. The controls on the north side rotate the dials of the north side (NE for the top 4, N for the centre 4, and NW for the bottom 4). The southern controls rotate the southern dials, and the central controls (N, C and S) correspond to clusters of 4 with 2 dials on each side of the door.
3. Get the praetor's log page 2 after solving the puzzle. Then leave and return to the button you entered through.
Blood button (southern puzzle room)
1. Do the following to solve the puzzle:

Smoke button (easthern puzzle room)
1. The buttons in a row are labelled 1, 2, 3, 4 (from left to right); the buttons in a column are labelled 5, 6, 7, 8 (from top to bottom). Click the buttons (all forward) in the following order:

2. Get the praetor's log page 4 after solving the puzzle. Then leave and return to the button you entered through.
Shadow button (northern puzzle room)
1. The buttons are labelled 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (from left to right). Do the following to solve the puzzle:

After completing all puzzles, get the shadow engrammeter (depleted) from the centre. Then go back to the centre of the Vault, and get Trindine's memory by operating the engrammeter.
Bring the memory to Nabanik and obtain the Trindine's memory as a book. Then bring the book back to the vault with a ring of visibility worn, and speak to Praetor Trindine. Miniquest complete!
