OSRS Suqah Slayer Task Guide 2025
Aug-18-2025 PSTToday, we're going over a quick Slayer guide for Suqahs. They're not the most exciting task in Old School RuneScape, but they're fast, and you don't need to waste Slayer points to skip them. Let's go over how to kill them, where to find them, and what you need to bring.
How to Unlock Suqahs
You'll start getting Suqahs as a Slayer task once you start the Lunar Diplomacy quest. You don't have to finish it—just starting the quest is enough.
Getting to Lunar Isle
All Suqahs are found on Lunar Isle. There are a few ways to get there:
· Take the boat from Rellekka to Pirates' Cove, then take another boat to Lunar Isle.
· Use a Lunar Isle teleport tab, which can be a reward from clue scrolls.
· Use the Moonclan Teleport if you're on the Lunar Spellbook.
· Or use the home teleport on the Lunar Spellbook.
Once you arrive, head west on the island until you reach the Suqah area.
Gear and Inventory Setup
Suqahs don't have strong weaknesses, though stab is slightly better. A good melee setup works fine. Bring your best melee weapon—something like a whip or hasta. Use a Slayer Helmet and whatever gear you normally use for melee tasks.
A Dwarf Multicannon is highly recommended here. Since it's a multi-combat area, the cannon helps a lot by speeding things up.
As for food, just bring something simple like Cramwans or Monkfish. You can pray melee if you want, but it's not necessary unless you're lower level. I didn't bother bringing prayer potions—just a few pieces of food are enough.
Where to Set Up
Once you're at the Suqahs, place your cannon in the spot where two or three Suqahs spawn nearby. You can stand a few tiles away to spread out the spawns a bit, which helps your cannon hit more of them.
They aggro pretty quickly, and they respawn fast, so the task doesn't take long. Some Suqahs on the edge of the area might get tagged by your cannon, too.
Why You Should Do the Task
Even though Suqahs don't drop anything amazing, they do drop Suqah Teeth, which are useful if you're planting Spirit Trees. You can grind the teeth into powder to protect your trees from dying. So if you're working on farming later on, it's worth picking those up.
Final Thoughts
Suqahs are kind of a “get it done quickly” task. Don't waste 30 Slayer points skipping them or 100 blocking them. Just cannon them down, grab any teeth if you need them, and move on to a more rewarding task.
Thanks for reading, and let me know if there are other Slayer monsters you want help with or buy OSRS gold. See you in the next guide!
