RuneScape 3: Harvest Hollow Returns for Halloween Event 2025 - Rewards, Activities & More
Oct-15-2025 PST
Running from October 13th to November 10th, this year’s edition of Harvest Hollow builds upon last year’s success, adding a new quest, expanded skilling activities, and the return of fan-favorite events like the Maize Maze and Clan Bonfire ceremonies. Whether you’re in it for the XP, the fashion, or the festivities, there’s no shortage of reasons to step through the portal and join the celebration.
A Return to the Land of Harvest
The portal to the Land of Harvest once again opens near Burthorpe, beckoning players to a realm where glowing pumpkins, crackling bonfires, and spooky farm fields await. The Horsemen’s Camp is fully reawakened, inviting adventurers to lend a hand—and maybe a scare—to this year’s festivities.
New players can enter via the Burthorpe portal, the Event Tab, or by using the Lodestone Network. Once inside, expect a perfect blend of cozy harvest vibes and lighthearted Halloween magic.
New Seasonal Quest – Guys and Dolls
This year introduces a brand-new seasonal story quest, Guys and Dolls, featuring two new characters:
· Guy, the gnome ghost, and
· Doyle, a friendly scarecrow.
Players will help the pair prepare the Hollow for its autumn festival, uncovering whimsical mysteries and setting up two fresh skilling activities along the way: Gourd Times Ahead and Lightmare on Hollow Street.
Gourd Times Ahead – Farming with a Twist
Step into the new pumpkin patch of Harvest Hollow and grow your very own glowing gourds! This activity provides a fun, festive way to train Farming, earning XP and Spooky Tokens as your pumpkins sprout to life.
But beware—this is no ordinary crop field. Not every pumpkin stays “normal” once it starts glowing under the Hollow’s eerie moonlight…
Lightmare on Hollow Street – Firemaking Fun
The fires are burning bright in the Hollow once again. In Lightmare on Hollow Street, you’ll feed logs into multicolored bonfires, each one blazing with its own haunting hue. Every log grants Firemaking XP and Spooky Tokens, making it a relaxing yet rewarding way to soak in the festival atmosphere.
Spooky Tokens & Seasonal Rewards
Spooky Tokens return as the event’s main currency. You’ll earn them through skilling, quests, and events, then spend them at Reynold’s Harvest Boon Shop, which has been freshly stocked for 2025.
Alongside returning items from previous years, you can now obtain:
· The Witch/Warlock Outfit from Halloween 2008,
· New color variants for the Ensouled Pumpkin Mask, and
· A selection of fresh cosmetic goodies for your collection.
Of course, all 2024’s Hollow activities—like Summoning, Thieving, Prayer, and Archaeology—are also returning, so you can train nearly any skill while soaking up the spooky charm.
The Amaize Maize Maze – With a Twist
The fan-favorite Maize Maze is back, packed with rewards and danger alike. Face haunting foes such as Phosphosseous, Solak-O’-Lantern, and Skaraxxi, and earn Spoils filled with Spooky Tokens, Clan Confections, and exclusive cosmetics.
This year introduces quality-of-life improvements and new boss rotation experiments, ensuring that every maze run feels unique and rewarding.
Clan Ceremony Bonfires – A Community Celebration
Every Sunday at 20:00 Game Time, clans gather for a special ceremonial bonfire. Members can hand in Clan Confections to contribute to the weekly festivities and unlock exclusive prizes.
New rewards this year include:
· Reaping Scythe – a wieldable cosmetic weapon.
· Sparkler – a fun, light-emitting, wieldable item.
· Wicker Boy Pet – available in flaming and non-flaming variants.
These weekly gatherings make for the perfect opportunity to unite your clan, earn bonuses, and show off your seasonal style.
Parcels from the Dead – Signed, Sealed... Not Delivered
Postie Pete has returned for another Halloween, and he’s brought the Parcels from the Dead back with him!
From October 13th to November 10th, players can collect Last Wills from the dearly departed by participating in activities across Gielinor—skilling, completing daily challenges, or using Treasure Hunter keys.
Bring your Last Wills to Pete’s postal station in Harvest Hollow to exchange them for Forgotten Belongings, available in several tiers:
· Small (White)
· Medium (Blue)
· Large (Purple)
· Soulful (Gold)
· Death’s Forgotten Belongings (new this year!)
The Death’s Forgotten Belongings tier includes both returning and new items, such as:
· Pestilent Torva Override
· Ensouled Pumpkin Mask (Black and Red variants)
· Red Soul Witch Robes
You’ll also have a chance to earn the Soul Dye, found in any tier but guaranteed from Soulful Belongings.
Join the Celebration Before It Fades
The Harvest Hollow event once again proves why RuneScape’s seasonal events are among the best in the MMO world. With new skilling content, nostalgic cosmetics, community-driven bonfires, and the whimsical touch of Postie Pete’s undead mailroom, this is one festival you won’t want to miss.
So grab your scariest outfit, light the bonfires, and prepare to harvest your share of Halloween magic before the mists reclaim the Hollow on November 10th.
