This section of the guide covers the fastest ways to train old-school Runescape agility with traditional rooftop agility courses.

Levels 1 – 20 Gnome Stronghold Agility Course

For those who don't want to hunt at the lower levels, you can get 20 agility in the Gnome Stronghold in about 30 minutes. Once you reach 10 agility you can switch to the painted village deck, but I usually don't as that's the same amount of experience per hour.

Levels 20 – 30 Al Kharid Rooftop Agility Course

Experience rate: 10 thousand exp/hour

Time approx. 40: 2 hours

Levels 40 – 52 Canifis Rooftop Agility Course

Requirements: Priest in Danger Quest

Time About 52: 4.5 hours

Levels 52 – 60 Wilderness Agility Course

While you won't get any honors for this course, it's the best experience of the hour at this level. Keep your HP as low as possible here to avoid too much damage if you fail. This cycle does a lot of damage, so you need to bring food, and summer pie is recommended.

Because the track is in the wild, PKers can appear but are very rare. Of course, you should not risk anything and you should also be as light as possible.

Time About 60: 4 hours

The Wildlife Course is located on level 53 in the wilderness. You can easily get here by elevator in Ardougne or Edgeville. Be sure to bring a knife so you can cut through the webs blocking the path. Then just walk southwest toward the wilderness trail.

Levels 60 – 72 Seers Village Rooftop Agility Course

If you want to get the best experience in the hour in this course, it is recommended to keep the Camelot transport for you. Each time you complete the course you will go to Camelot and you will be closer to the starting point and thus gain a higher XP.

The Seers Village Roof Course starts from the Seers Village Bank. You can easily reach the Seers village by teleporting to Camelot.

Levels 70 – 80 Pollnivneach Rooftop Course

Experience rate: 53K/hr

Time Approx 80: 23.5 hours

Marks of Grace per hour: 13

Pollnivneach Rooftop course is located in the desert city of Pollnivneach. You can come here with an Ali Morisan rug and pay 200 grams for it. Or you can set the player's home location to Pollnivneach.

Levels 80 – 90 Rellekka Rooftop Course

Experience rate: 55K/hr

Time About 90:61 hours

Marks of Grace per hour: 16

Once you've completed the Fremennik experiments, you can use the enchanted harp to teleport to Relekka. Alternatively, you can set your player-owned home to Relekka so that you can travel with ease. The third option is to teleport to Camelot and walk north from the village of Seers.

Levels 90 – 99 Ardougne Rooftop Course

Experience rate: 62K/hr

Time approx. 99: 124 hours

Marks of Grace per hour: 20

The Ardougne rooftop course is located on the roof above the Ardougne Market. You can easily get here with the Ardougne instant port if you've completed the Plague City quest. You can take a boat from Port Sarim to Port Khazard and walk or you can start at Camelot and walk all the way.
